TergesteSoft has created this statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this Web site.

Information Automatically Logged

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our Web sites. Your IP address is also used to gather broad demographic information. This raw server information is then presented by a custom program as a last-7-days-table breakdown of visitors to the TergesteSoft's site showing entry and exit points, pages visited, order of pages viewed, hits and time spent on site, browsers and OSs used, referrals, origins and server performance. Only the TergesteSoft webmaster has access to the raw data, which the server automatically deletes after 7 days.

Cookies

Our sites use our own custom random twin-encrypted server-side cookies to keep track of any transactions. The transaction encrypting cookie code does not appear in any web pages and is never used twice. The cookies are not saved to your hard drive, they exist only in RAM memory so that they expire and are deleted at the end of your browser session. If this still bothers you, at the successful (make sure of that!) end of the transaction, by shutting down the browser you will immediately delete any traces of the cookie.

Order Forms

Our site uses forms for customers to request information, products, and services. Only our clients have access to these forms (they are invisible to a normal visitor).
We collect contact information (like their email address), financial information (like their account or credit card numbers), unique identifiers (like their social security number or equivalent), and demographic information (like their zip code and age).
Contact information is used to get in touch with the client when necessary.
Financial information is used in billing the user for products and services.
Unique identifiers are used to verify the user's identity.
Demographics are used to check about the country and laws involved.
We also use some of this data to tailor our visitor's experience at our site, showing them content that we think they might be interested in and displaying the content according to their preferences.

Information Dissemination

TergesteSoft does not and will not share obtained information with anybody and no personal or business information is kept on the TergesteSoft network. Any required personal information is passed directly to the parties involved. Client's personal information and details are encrypted and kept on a stand-alone and password protected computer offline (any illegal access attempt will irrevocably delete the content of it's hard drive). The encryption key is a phrase at least 23 characters long and is changed weekly. It is known only by one person and the only hard written copy of it, together with any data back-up, is kept in a bank safe-deposit box.
